Lance Metcalf is a licensed business and real estate attorney and Certified Public Accountant Practicing in the Dallas / Fort Worth area of Texas and representing clients across the state.

Lance has been serving as a representative and advisor to business clients for 30 years. Prior to entering his private legal practice, Lance spent 10 years as a CPA representing individual and business clients with business and taxation planning services. For the last 20+ years, Lance has been practicing as a business transactional and commercial real estate attorney.

Lance is currently serving as an adjunct professor at University of North Texas in Denton, Texas by teaching courses such as Corporation Law and Legal & Ethical Environment of Business.

Prior to beginning his career in law, from 1992-2001 Lance worked as a CPA providing corporate, partnership and individual taxation consulting, planning and compliance services for business and individual clients. His taxation and consulting experience included substantial personal interaction with clients and other parties. Lance also provided various accounting and bookkeeping services for business clients.
